Additions

General

Additions come in many shapes and sizes. The most important thing about additions besides making sure they are structurally sound is making sure it flows with the rest of the house. You want it to look like an original part of your home from the outside as much as possible.  Shades of vinyl and brick are important although not as important as making sure the roof ties in correctly so that the added on structure doesn’t look slapped on.

Cost

The cost of an addition varies greatly from home to home. The factors that cause the cost differences are the existing structures condition, the personal preference of materials and fixtures along with the design itself. Some designs can be more labor intensive which would affect the overall cost.

How it Works

We get started by coming out and looking at the job site, getting measurements and getting your ideas and preferences. We take all this information back to our office to create a no-obligation estimate for you to review.  If you decide to hire us, we then smash out the exact details in a written agreement. From there, everyone agrees on a start date, we pull the permits and get started!
