Custom Homes
We can build outside of the cookie cutter box. Having the ability and knowledge to transform existing structures gives us the creative upper hand when it comes to new homes. Many builders will not veer outside of building certain plans because they have to stick with easy so they can quickly turn out a product to move on to the next.
We keep our focus on detail when building a house. House plans are necessary, but they are not exact to what may suit your needs best. That’s why it is important to have a skilled builder. A skilled builder will recognize when things may need to be changed to better fit your personal needs. For instance, the terrain on which you want your home built can impact changes or maybe a door should swing right instead of left because of the placement of a sink or closet.
At Higley Construction, we don’t leave it all up to our subs to decide. We are involved every step of the way and know and care about what changes need to be made. Because we are framers as well as contractors, you can have peace of mind in knowing that your home will be structurally sound. For us it’s not about getting the job done just to say, “there it’s finished.” It’s about leaving you with the best quality product we can. We don’t want our name on something good enough, we want it on something great.
